Everyone in organization will be affected by a new strategy. The new strategy will require everyone, including stakeholders, to change their behaviour and adjust to the new requirements of the job. This module will discuss on how to motivate people to embrace strategic changes and review strategic plan. As part of the strategic implantation it is necessary for the sponsor to maintain their strategic viewpoint on the process. In order to keep yourself in your helicopter, there are valuable techniques providing a range of analysis tools to use throughout the implementation of change. Once a strategy or theme has been identified in the initial strategic analysis we need to start by identifying the easiest and most productive strategic options to try first. As well these techniques provide a way of identifying any potential danger zones within an option. There are different types of strategic option analysis and further additional strategic analyses are discussed in this module.
